This apartment is located in a residential complex on the border
between Liguria and Tuscany, just down the coast from the Cinque
Terre. The apartment sits on the hill, at which foot the city
of Luni once stood. This former Roman seaside city now lies
about 2 km inland and is under excavation. Here you will find
a museum with some of the relics uncovered so far. The nearest
village is Nicola, a little medieval town with streets so narrow
that it is impossible to use a car (there is parking at the
entrance of the village). Nicola has two restaurants, a bar,
and a shop with essentials. Going north along the coast will
take you to La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, while heading south
into Tuscany will bring you to Carrara, Massa, Forte dei Marmi,
and Pisa. And for the determined traveler, even Florence is
within reach of a day trip! If you prefer not to travel by car,
ferries depart every day from Marina di Carrara, Lerici, and
La Spezia.

EXTERIOR
DESCRIPTION (110 mq)
This comfortable apartment is situated in a building with four
other apartments, all of which have independent entrances. The
building is located on the hill, at which foot the city of Luni
once stood. It offers splendid views from the Apuan mountains
to the gulf of Spezia and Livorno in the distance. The apartment
has 110 m2 of sun terraces with an exclusive Jacuzzi pool (26
m2). Parking is available.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION (180 mq)
Ground Floor: Entering this comfortably furnished apartment
on the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room
with a TV, DVD player, and radio. It has a central fireplace
and access to the panoramic terraces. The dining table has seating
for six. A kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher,
microwave, and washing machine. There is also one bedroom with
a 140 cm standard double bed and a bathroom with a sink, toilet,
and shower. There are a few steps within the apartment on the
ground floor.
First Floor: Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One has a
160 cm queen-size bed and a balcony with a sea view. The other
bedroom has two single beds. There is also a study with a single
divan bed. These rooms share two bathrooms. One has a sink,
toilet, and Jacuzzi bath and shower, while the other has a sink,
toilet, and shower. Stairs lead up to a panoramic rooftop sun
terrace.

How
to reach ALBATROS by car:
You can get motorway A/12 Genoa/Livorno
-Coming from north, get out of the high way at the Sarzana
exit
-Coming from south, get out of the high way at the Carrara
exit
To get to ALBATROS, get the SS1 (strda statale Aurelia) until
you find the direction to Ortonovo, follow them until you
find the direction to Nicola di Ortonovo, (the street to Nicola
di Ortonovo begins on the right, just on the corner); on this
cross, there is a free parking on your left and this is where
one of our agents will take you to ALBATROS. The parking is
near to the Pharmacy “GLI OLEANDRI”.
